Turning crisis into opportunity via the maiden launch of the Think Rich Pinoy Investor's Network

Think Rich Pinoy! has opened its doors to investors who are looking for alternative investments in this trying financial times.

MANILA, Philippines – 20 people gathered for a luncheon in the quaint cozy space of La Maison restaurant in the chic Greenbelt 5 in Makati. By invitation, guests of the Think Rich Pinoy Investor's Network (TRP-IN) came by 12 noon for a brown bag discussion led by no other than the real estate guru himself, Larry Gamboa.

The meeting comprised of budding and seasoned investors looking for an alternative investment in this time of global recession. The main theme that was aired by the participants is the uncertainty of the current financial market. With Larry's light, humorous but concise delivery, the distressing issues were tackled. The point made was clear – real estate investing, especially on the homes at 1-3 million pesos bracket, can weather the current scenario.

Larry explained that with the expertise of the Think Rich Pinoy Millionaire Network on both acquisition and marketing of these properties, the returns are guaranteed. It was further stressed that the loan to value ratio is so attractive (from 20-50% of value) that the investor would wish the franchisee defaults in payment. This means that depending on the property, the investor gets an instant equity of 50-80% in case the deal turns sour, not that it is an option to the franchisee.

A laudable response by the first batch of investors was encouraging that the next TRP-IN luncheon is now set on December 13, 2008, again, by invitation.

With another Think Rich Pinoy seminar set on November 22, 2008 at the Philamlife auditorium in UN Avenue Manila, interested in real estate investing is expected to be flamed anew in the next few weeks. Check out www.thinkrichpinoy.com for details.

"Think Rich, Pinoy!" is the first book of the series written by Larry Gamboa that applies Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad principles in the Philippine setting. This brought about the Think Rich Pinoy Millionaire Network that offers franchising, club memberships and seminars to aspiring real estate investors.
